The Melbourne Ultra Nationalist Movement
History of Victoria (According to VUNM) Part 1

For many years, there had been tensions between Victoria and the other Australian states. Sparked by the moving of the capital of Australia to canberra, tensions further arose from the collaspe of the Melbourne rugby league team, much to the delight of the states of New South Wales and Queensland. Around this time time a number of international students had been attacked, supposably by bogans. Miagrants were seen as the only true australians by many victorians and attacks on them were considered an attack on Victoria itself. This created strong anti Bogan sentiment with in Victoria. Victorians began flocking to fringe parties such as the Victorian Ultra Nationalists and Family first. Bogans and people from other states were attacked, activites, food and past times considered “un-Victorian” were frowned upon. Rugby goals were uprooted enmasse.
